New Goals at the Food Expo
Happy New Year’s, everyone! Did you all make your New Year’s resolutions?!
Mine is to hit up as many new restaurants as possible! Shocker, right? Seriously though, my goal this year is to visit as many different food expos as possible. And in doing so, I will be able to share with you all if it’s worth forking out the dough for entrance fee and other hidden charges.
Here are a few that I already have tickets for:
Crave Expo
Crave Expo is a fairly new expo, they debuted in 2014 and already becoming one of the top Bridal/Food expo around. Crave Expo transformed the traditional bridal show into a not only delicious but visually captivating event. I had the pleasure of attending last year’s event and was thoroughly surprised that this wasn’t a typical “bridal show” that you would have attended at the Queen Mary in Long Beach. Happening this January 31st from 5-9pm in Downtown LA, Crave Expo will bring out some of the most top rated vendors with an even more exclusive guest list that will not only stimulate business growth, but also business networking.
Ticket prices : $15
Cookie Con
LA Cookie Con is in their second year and it is considered to be the West Coast’s Largest Baking and sweetest food expo of all Expos! Since last year they expanded tremendously and this year they are taking over the LA Convention Center on February 6 & 7, 2016!
The great thing about Cookie Con is that your whole family can partake! Move over Disneyland, treat your sweet pumpkin pie of a child to galore of sweetness! Overloading on sugar may sound a bit daunting, but if you have a sweet tooth like me, then you wouldn’t want to miss over 125 local shops and national brands. There are also chances to meet some of your favorite TV stars and watch baking demos, as well as the chance to participate in hands-on workshops in cake decorating!
Ticket prices start at $10 for child admission and $21 for general.
Coffee Con LA
Natural Product Expo
My ultimate favorite food expo of the year! Natural equals good. Natural Products equals great! Natural organic vegan/vegetarian option products you say? Equals Oh Mah Gawwwd! Being a vegetarian, it’s usually a difficult task to go anywhere, especially when being concerned about whether a product contains meat or was subject to animal cruelty. Natural Product Expo is the first food expo I feel I can be completely worry free as most products presented there are organic, animal cruelty free and mainly carry vegetarian products, super plus for me! Natural Product Expo West will be located in Anahiem, March 9-13, and is known to be the leading trade show in the natural, organic and healthy products industry!
$60 after January 31st
